Thing 7 and 8 Communication Tools

I read and watched the videos of email, IM and text messaging. I am familiar with all of those.
Email has greatly helped our system of 10 libraries and 1 administratiave building.
Phone calls seems as effective as IM and text messaging.
I read about web conferencing and will try to take part in a Webinar.
I signed up for a 23 things on a Stick google group.

I made a trading card but could not get on my blog.
I decided I spent too much time already so I am moving on
to next "Thing".

Thing 4-Flickr

I spent several hours on Flickr. I uploaded the picture and even made a new icon.
I attached tags and it looked like it worked. But when I went to search it I could not find it.
After spending an hour or so searching and adapting I have decided to give up and move on.
I also decided I had to write down all the user names and passwords I have created.
It was fun browsing Flickr-it looks like some people use it for their on-line photo albums.

Thing 3 Learn about RSS

My aggregator is set up using Bloglines.
I picked a few sites.
I will be checking to see how it works out.
